Shipping & Returns

Shipping Costs:

All items are shipped from Winnipeg, Canada. Costs are calculated at checkout. 

Time Frame:

• Most orders will ship out in 1 to 2 business days from the date that the purchase was made. 
• Canada (1-3 Business days)
• USA (5-7 Business days)
• International (please contact directly) 

Shipping:

Shipments are sent via Canada Post.       

Please Note:

Duty and taxes upon entry into the destination country are at the responsibility of the customer and will require payment upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Envy Paint and Design Ltd shall not be held liable for any damages incurred through shipping/ delivery.  Should your item arrive damaged, please e-mail us with photographic proof and we will do our best to accommodate.  Envy Paint and Design Ltd is not responsible for incorrect or missing address information, unavailability or refusal to accept delivery of shipment. 

Exchange or Refund:

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may exchange your unopened, unused or unworn purchase if returned by mail within 14 days of your original receipt. Return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please email us to request an exchange and state the issue. In the event of a special offer, no price adjustments will be issued for previously purchased merchandise.  All custom orders are a final sale.
